Cafe Beignet, where I couldn’t resist sitting down under that tree for a beignet (a deep fried, funnel-cake style treat) and missing my airport shuttle.

The Allman Brothers played a long set of classics late in the day on Saturday at the Jazz Festival. Later that night we also got to see The Funky Meters (formerly The Meters) at the House of Blues. Both reminded me to put plenty of funky, jam-style music on my iPod!
